摘 要
本设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团小恒山矿2.4Mt/a新矿井设计。地质构造简单，共有可采煤层为5层，分别为1#上、3#上、3#下、6#A和34# 煤层总厚度为 10.3m。设计井田的工业储量为262.5Mt,可采储量为211.2 Mt，矿井的设计服务年限为63a。煤层倾角为10°属缓倾斜煤层，本矿井设计采用双立井开拓方式，划分为三个水平，4个带区，2个工作面达产，采用带区式准备方式，达产时为两个带区。大巷运输采用14t架线式电机车牵引5t底卸式矿车运输，运输巷采用带式输送机，辅助运输为1.5t固定式矿车，工作面采用刮板运输机。采煤方法为倾斜长壁后退式采煤法，采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺。工作面的支护方式采用支撑掩护式液压支架支护，顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升，副井用罐笼提升。矿井年工作日为330d，每天净提升时间为16h，本采用“四、六”工作制，工作面长为180m，循环进度为0.8m，每日进9刀。 关键词：矿井设计 倾斜长壁采煤法 全部跨落
Abstract
