摘 要
本设计矿井为鸡西矿业集团小恒山矿2.4Mt/a新矿井设计。地质构造简单,共有可采煤层为5层,分别为1#上、3#上、3#下、6#A和34# 煤层总厚度为 10.3m。设计井田的工业储量为262.5Mt,可采储量为211.2 Mt,矿井的设计服务年限为63a。煤层倾角为10°属缓倾斜煤层,本矿井设计采用双立井开拓方式,划分为三个水平,4个带区,2个工作面达产,采用带区式准备方式,达产时为两个带区。大巷运输采用14t架线式电机车牵引5t底卸式矿车运输,运输巷采用带式输送机,辅助运输为1.5t固定式矿车,工作面采用刮板运输机。采煤方法为倾斜长壁后退式采煤法,采煤工艺为综合机械化采煤工艺。工作面的支护方式采用支撑掩护式液压支架支护,顶板处理方法为全部跨落法。提升设备为主井采用箕斗提升,副井用罐笼提升。矿井年工作日为330d,每天净提升时间为16h,本采用“四、六”工作制,工作面长为180m,循环进度为0.8m,每日进9刀。 关键词:矿井设计 倾斜长壁采煤法 全部跨落
Abstract
The design of the mine in Jixi Mining Group Xiaohengshan Mine is 2.4 Mt / a new mine design.
