3000m3/d淀粉废水处理工艺设计
摘 要
淀粉废水设计水质水量为3000m3/d，COD为7000mg/L ，BOD5为5000 mg/L ，SS为1500—5000 mg/L ，NH香蕉猫咪福利免费观看3-N为25—35 mg/L，PH值为4—5，温度为20—25℃。经处理后应达到下列出水水质：COD≤150mg/L，BOD≤30 mg/L，SS≤150mg/L, NH3-N≤25mg/L，PH为6-9。达到《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）中的二级标准。本工程方案设计依据有关环境保护在污水中的要求，采用UASB-接触氧化工艺处理淀粉废水。在详细方案比较的基础上，选择了如下工艺流程：

经技术经济分析，此方案投资总额为347.29万元，且节约用地、提高绿化、降低能耗的理念在设计中得到充分的实践，符合新时代环保的要求。
