【摘 要】针对上海浦东国际机场捷运系统乘客的不同属性，结合机场的特殊管理要求及实际情况，摸索了制定了可以落地有效的客运组织模式和施工组织方案，并编制了相关应急预案用以应对突发事件发生后的处理，从而有效保障捷运系统日常安全有序的运营。

Abstract： In accordance with the different attributes of passengers taking the Shanghai Pudong International Airport MRT system， combining with the special management requirements and actual conditions of the airport， an effective passenger transport organization mode and construction organization plan have been formulated. Meanwhile， relevant emergency plans have been prepared to respond to sudden handling in case of the incidents， in order to effectively ensure the daily safety and smooth operation of the MRT system.
