Payment may be made by “Mangrove Card”, Cash, Visa, Master card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB Credit Cards. We do not accept personal, business or traveler's check.

Our business center provides secretarial, fax, conference room rental, photocopying, stamps, courier / parcel service, photo printing and interpreter services. The business centers are two located at the Buddha Tower lobby.

酒店的每日退房时间为中午12：00，如在下午18：00点前退房，将加收半天房费；如延迟至

浴室里的水属市政供水，烧开后即可饮用，同时酒店每天赠送两瓶免费的矿泉水供您饮用。The water in the bathroom is supplied by the municipal water department. This water must be boiled before drinking. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of drinking water daily.

在三亚湾红树林度假世界，尊重客人隐私是至关重要的，如您不想被来电打扰或希望过滤电话，请“宾客服务中心”。每日客房清洁时间由上午09：00点开始。如您不希望被打扰，请开启墙上的“请勿打扰”按钮，使用完毕后，请关闭。
If you do not wish to be disturbed, please turn on the "Do Not Disturb" button on the wall and contact the “Guest Services” to filter all your calls.

上网服务Internet Services
客房书桌旁的数据插口可接入高速网络，请将您的网卡设置为自动获取地址模式即可正常使用。您也可使用房间里提供的免费无线网络，请搜索与您房间号对应的无线热点。
To connect to high speed internet, plug the Ethernet cable into your computer and it should automatically connect to the hotel IP address. If the connect fails you will need to connect it manually. To access to the free Wifi in your room, please search for the WIFI Hotspot on your floor.
