存在问题
由于我国乡村旅游起步较晚,与国际乡村旅游消费比较,国内旅游消费需求层次普遍表现出初始阶段的特征。而开发商也多是提供一些开发层次较低,体验较浅的初级乡村旅游产品。总体来说,我国乡村旅游的发展过程中面临着不少急待解决的问题。 第一,旅游产品结构类型单一,同质化现象严重,缺少精品旅游项目。产品没有鲜明地域、民族特,不能体现乡村地方文化,主题设计雷同,地域环境和文化内涵的挖掘力度不够,创新程度不足。同一类型的旅游目的地和产品在同一地域一拥而起、扎堆而上,导致竞争加剧,大大缩短了旅游目的地和产品的生命周期。
目前,大多数乡村旅游产品形象定位为一种低消费、低层次的旅游产品,无外乎就是让客人漂流、农家乐、观光农业采摘等缺乏精品项目,缺少拳头产品,千篇一律,毫无创意和新鲜感,更奢谈商品的艺术价值和美学价值。这种被动的局面不利于乡村旅游的规模化与产业化,会大大阻碍乡村旅游的发展。 第二,乡村景观严重城市化,“威海市天人合一”的旅游环境受到破坏。乡村景观忽视了乡村旅游活动中乡土气息的浓郁性和真实性,城市化倾向严重。一些地方舍本逐末,轻视自然景观,盲目跟风,大量建造人造景观。更为严重的是,一些地方甚至出现了大量城市景观建筑,全无历史文化内涵,旅游产品的“含金量” 被严重消弱。虽然这种人工景观可以收到短期经济效益,但从长远来看,得不偿失。
第三,只重眼前利益,忽视可持续发展,生态、环境保护意识薄弱。乡村地区景观条件优越,古文化遗存丰富,生态环境优美,传统民居建筑精妙。自然和人文景观交相辉映,构成了丰富多彩的生态环境,是发展乡村旅游重要的物质前提和基础资源。
然而在现代的乡村旅游发展过程中,规划设计工作的不科学合理,一味地追求客源数量,片面的强调开发建设,对自然环境和生态文明产生很强的的冲击,造成了极大地破坏。景
区空间布局分散,结构搭配失当,占用大量耕地,造成大量资源闲置,严重阻碍了乡村旅游业的可持续发展。
原因分析 综合分析以上出现的情况,究其原因,有以下几种:
(1)许多人的思想观念里还没有把乡村旅游作为一门新兴产业而加以重视起来。近几年,尽管乡村旅游业伴随着整个旅游事业的发展而不断发展,成蒸蒸口上状态,但在农村经济中应应有的地位和作用还没有广泛和深入地为人们所共识。有些地方农村,旅游资源丰富,但缺乏领导,管理机构不健全,缺乏必要的资金投入和技术指导,缺乏宏观管理,目前还停留在低层次的发展阶段,巨大的市场潜力远未开发出来。这种意识上的差距还体现在缺乏商品意识和竞争上。当前国内外发展旅游业,其重大意义早己远远超过旅游业本身,而是山西忻州天气

(2)企业对服务营销的理念理解不够深入、不够透彻,使得服务不够细致、不够感人、不够诚心。在接待服务上,基本上也只是提供家庭接待服务,而乡情民俗的意味并不浓。相关产业设施和服务措施发展不配套,交通不便成了阻碍城郊旅游业发展的“绊脚石”,旅游设施档次高低现象分明,两极端严重分化,不适应目标市场的需求。旅游活动是“吃、住、行、游、购、娱”的有机统一体,交通的衔接和便捷、景点的环境质量、餐饮的质量等统一、协调、全面发展,齐头并进,才能促进乡村旅游活动的可持续开展。

结合价值、顾客价值,简单地说,旅游体验价值就是游客在消费旅游产品或服务的过程中对每一个接触到的关键点感觉到的利益的总体感觉和综合评价,是一种心理感受,它是游客在体验消费过程中感知到的结果。由此看出,旅游体验价值是游客的一种总体感觉和评价,这种综合评价不仅取决于游客所接触的每一个关键点上心理感觉的高低,还由互相衔接的众多关键点是否协调所决定。众多关键点上的体验感觉相互作用形成了旅游体验价值。
