自驾游路线：
可沿成温邛高速公路到崇州市(高速路单边过路费10元)，经怀远镇——万家镇——鸡冠山乡(单边过路费6元)，再行驶30公里到达鸡冠山脚下，全程水泥路畅通。 (一)路况
成都-怀远镇-苟家-鸡冠山，路况良好，可直接开到风景点。

自助游：
金沙到怀远一个半小时 怀远到苟家40分钟，金沙到怀远16元，怀远到苟家5元，苟家到鸡冠山只能包车去，包车是70元/车。

注：苟家到鸡冠山包车可杀价。
延安三日游最佳线路
鞍子河那边的一个坝子上，取水方便，有两条河。也可在停车厂露营，不收停车费，有上下两个停车场，距离大概四五公里，两个地方都可以露营，但下边的离水源近。

帐篷、零下5度上的睡袋、防潮垫、冲锋衣裤或雨具、徒步鞋或运动鞋 、头灯或手电筒等。 (二)应急预案
那边温度比较低，要多带衣服。
